Despite what you may have been told, vegans have apparently survived COVID. One of the things we were worried about was, could a business like a vegan restaurant survive in the best of times. Luckily, Heart and Soy not only survived, but thrived. I’m glad they made it when others didn’t and was happy to make a trip to the Highlands to come out surprised in the happiest of ways.
