This is Archer who is taking a break from burning off his whiskers on a space heater.

We have no idea why that’s happening. He likes to bask in the heat of the space heater and I get that. But at night he makes sure to get his face as close as possible. And the whiskers go from long to not long. I don’t know if it hurts, but he doesn’t seem to care.
