
COVID-19 has kept my opportunities to create phone photos to a minimum. But, it’s Super Bowl Sunday so you need to make Super Bowl snacks.
And this year, thanks to my co-worker Shenelle, I did a vegan dip called cowboy cavier. I had never heard of it but back in the day when we still worked in the office there was a dip pot luck, which I couldn’t participate in because most dips that people promised to bring we’re cheese or dairy based.
Then Shenelle said she was bringing a surprise for me. As the guy who had never heard of it, I think I ate most of it from my co-workers. I was so impressed that I begged her to email me the recipe. And it’s a go-to for dip for me.
