Okay, so now I can say that autumn has officially arrived at Shady Villa.

We’ve done some leaf and spiked acorn clean up here and there but last night’s rain is going to turn this from an activity to a chore.

Our new nextdoor neighbors are helpers, too because tree branches do not respect property lines. But we, meaning Misty because she does most of the yard work that doesn’t require heavy lifting, have a new chore on our hands.
